Tyler is one of the lucky few who has always known what he wanted to do. He obtained his real estate license while in undergrad and began his career with a boutique firm in Charlotte upon graduating from college. Late in 2009, Tyler saw an opportunity to grow his business in Guilford County and Randolph County during one of the toughest markets in history. Since that time, the name Tyler Wilhoit has become synonymous with a high level of customer service and performance. He consistently ranks in the top 10 of Triad Residential Real Estate in sales volume and number of homes sold. The key to his success is a keen sense of what buyers are looking for, and the ability to help sellers appeal to that, while being mindful of budget, investment, and return. Tyler prides himself on level setting expectations, and working diligently to price the home correctly from the start.
At almost 20 years younger than his main competition, Tyler has been recognized for his expertise in real estate by multiple non-biased outlets. He was awarded Triad Business Journal’s Forty under 40 and he is ranked 6th in North Carolina by REAL TRENDS in sales.
Community involvement is a high priority for Tyler. He serves on the Board of Directors for multiple non-profits in the Triad. He is also a part owner of Tyler Redhead & McAlister in Greensboro and Leonard Ryden Burr in Winston-Salem, the largest boutique, independently-owned real estate firm in the Triad.
Tyler and his spouse have two children, and reside in Historic Sunset Hills in Greensboro.

Kathryn has always prioritized relationships and communication, both in her personal and professional lives. Connecting with clients and their needs is not just a strength, but it is the fuel that has kept her passion for real estate burning for nearly a decade. Meeting Tyler during a previous move from one Triad area to another was no coincidence. These two became fast friends, and shortly after, business teammates, as their skills compliment one another, and their commitment to a “client first” mentality and unparalleled customer experience were aligned. In working with Tyler and the Wilhoit Group, Kathryn has become an integral part of the client experience, and has been involved with over 1,000 real estate transactions – either as the primary agent of contact, or in assisting Tyler with the details and client communication. Having lived across the Triad over the years, Kathryn has experience and understanding for the unique aspects of a community that make that place feel like home. She wants to hear your needs, wants, and biggest dreams, and enjoys the thrill of finding, negotiating, and securing the perfect property for her clients.
Kathryn has received numerous awards as a member of the Wilhoit Group, as well as an individual agent, but appreciates none more than the lasting relationships she is afforded through this career. She also puts a high priority on improving the community, and sits as an active board member and volunteer for multiple non-profits, including her church.
When time allows, Kathryn enjoys playing tennis, quick trips to the Coast, and spending time with her husband and their two sons.
